The company provides engineering consultancy services for ERW pipe plant projects – new Greenfields as well as up gradation of the existing set ups. The promoter Mr. S. K. Bhasin has vast experience in the leading tube plants in India & specialises in large diameter API grade pipes. The company provides project reports with feasibility study of new pipe plant requirements and helps in setting up the plants with performance guarantees.

Mr. S.K. Bhasin is a qualified Mechanical Engineer passed out in 1966. He has a vast experience of 45 years in process control, production & projects in the Leading Pipe manufacturing companies of North India –

The last position held by him in Surya group of companies was Sr. Vice President (Corporate).

He has worked right from the beginning under the guidance of German Engineers on German designs for manufacturing new production lines for Slitting, Tube Mills, Finishing & Galvanising plants in Jain Tubes & Ajanta Tubes.

In Surya Group, he successfully took the technical charge of up grading a 12” commercial pipe mill to a 16”API pipe mill with the new installation of HF Welder, Cage type forming system, complete new mill drive system, API grade Finishing lines, Hydrotesters, off line Eddy current testing equipments & UT plants. He has proven skills in getting the approvals for manufacturing of API grade pipes in the company.  

He further took the technical charge of setting up the new plants of the Surya group in Gwalior & Bhuj and set up all imported machinery. He performed key role in getting the API license for manufacturing up to 16” ERW pipe and up to 100” spiral welded pipe plant in Bhuj plant. He has visited the leading technically advanced nations for selection of machinery, discussion on designs & procurement of the above equipments.

He has installed & commissioned up to 20” ERW pipe plants in Thailand & Malaysia under the leadership of German Engineers with German designs & practices. The major part of these plants was manufactured in India under his able guidance.
